Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders in Singapore and Malaysia over SG$50.
We ship internationally to Indonesia, Hong Kong, United States and USA.
For international delivery, we offer free shipping on all orders over SG$150.
For international orders below SG$150, we charged a flat, subsidised rate depending on your country's zone.
Please always fill out your shipping name + address in english letters.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees that may appear.
Delivery time
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Every piece in our collection will take around 1-7 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. Please add this processing time to the shipping time to get an estimate of when you will receive your package.
Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while custom or made-to-order items may take 7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
Shipping Time
Please allow 7-21 working days for standard international delivery, and 2-5 working days for Singapore delivery.
If you require Express shipping, we are able to provide that at an additional charge. Please reach out to us to arrange for this.

Tracking An Order
You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number.
